In this story, the new mayor of Kasukabe city, Mamoru Shizime, begins ecology activities. Shinnosuke, a young boy, accidentally drinks a light green liquid while cleaning a riverbank, leading to his friends Hiroshi and Misae transforming into animals. They are captured by a group led by Bunbetsu, who tries to capture them. They are brought to the attention of Mamoru Shizime, who is the leader of the “Save Keeping Beautiful Earth” (SKBE) and is executing the “Human Animalization Plan,” a plan to stop environmental destruction by turning humans into animals.

Shinnosuke’s friends, Himawari, and Victoria escape, but their parents are taken away through an airship. They find an untouched forest in Kasukabe and use the power of animals to overcome the henchmen. Misae, who becomes a leopardess, regains her memory and releases the Kasukabe Defense Force. The Nohara family defeats SKBE executive Maihashi, and the defense team uses the power of animals to gain an advantage.

However, all humans in Kasukabe city are transformed into animals as Mamoru continues his plan. Shizime transforms into a Chimera with a special drink named DX, and Shinnosuke and Himawari, who become polar bears, help. Victoria reveals her identity as Yoshiko Shizime, Mamoru’s wife. Yoshiko tries to drink the animalization drink, but Mamoru smashes the bottle to his love. He leaves the mission and apologizes, and the four Shizime couples reconcile, all the animalized humans return to their original state, and Hiroshi becomes more environmentally conscious.
